Joe Sticca

SVP, Product Development

Joe is the SVP of Product Development for WorldNow. He manages the conceptualization, design and development of new media management products that meet client business needs and best practices. For the past 15 years, Joe has been involved in systems design, development and process re-engineering in a variety of industries, primarily focused in Advertising and Media Publishing. Prior to WorldNow, Joe served as the CIO/Product Director for Talent Partners. Talent Partners is the world's largest advertising specialty rights and royalty payments management firm. Joe led efforts for an industry wide data mining study to help facilitate union and industry discussions around new non-traditional advertising models and their effects on current industry practices. Roughly 80-90% of all North American advertising were managed through these systems.


Joe began his career as a software engineer and database administrator for a financial portfolio analysis software firm and moved into business systems integration and process consulting after receiving his MBA in Marketing and Business Operations from University of Connecticut. At Arthur Andersen's business consulting group, Joe Sticca led and managed various business and systems integration projects that enabled much of his business and technology thinking and methods.


After Andersen, Joe joined FCBi (digital media) where he led their efforts for large enterprise e-Commerce client initiatives. Joe had the fortune to serve as Director of the Connecticut Information Technology Institute at the University of Connecticut, Stamford Campus. He was responsible for managing the non-credit IT business certification courses/business programs as well as leading various General Electric business research projects at the GE Edgelab research center.


Joe earned his Bachelor's in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Hartford and has his MBA in Marketing and Operations from the University of Connecticut.
