He now drives WorldNow’s sales product development team which is focused on combining audience and revenue growth for our partners. As an award-winning journalist, Jim brings expertise in ad production, content, analytics and SEO. He has piloted syndication partnerships, search optimization programs and data-driven recommendations that have helped clients grow traffic and revenue.
With over 15 years experience in the internet and digital advertising businesses, Denise has cultivated relationships with hundreds of national advertisers. Her prowess in managing these relationships while developing sales strategies makes her a leader in generating significant advertising revenue for Worldnow and their clients. Prior to Worldnow, Denise was the Director of National Advertising Sales at Media General Interactive. Denise led the national sales department for more than 75 online enterprises that are affiliated with the company’s newspapers and television stations.
Lori has more than 25 years of diverse media experience. Her dynamic background includes Agency Media Planning and Buying, SMB Consulting, Broadcast Sales and Sales Management. This diverse background combined with broadcast industry knowledge, has given Lori a deep understanding of the potential challenges involved with a sale. As early as 2001 with Gray TV and Belo, she led sales teams to begin integrating digital products and strategies into client solutions with standout revenue success’. These success' derived from a combination of various products, promotions and content including collegiate and high school sports.
Joe manages the conceptualization, design and development of new media management products that meet client business needs and best practices. His experience in Advertising and Media Publishing spans over 15 years and includes: systems design, development and process re-engineering. Prior to Worldnow, Joe served as the CIO/Product Director for Talent Partners, the world's largest advertising specialty rights and royalty payments management firm. His leadership in product development is a driving force in meeting our clients’ business objectives and increasing their bottom line.
Robert Forsyth is Worldnow’s Lead Video Architect and is recognized by many as a technology genius. He built his very first website in 1992, when many people didn’t even know what the Internet was. He has over 25 years of experience in broadcast television and has worked all aspects from studio technician to technology lead, including the construction of three television facilities. His design and development of Worldnow’s video systems is second to none and he is a driving force behind Worldnow’s success as a technology provider. Prior to Worldnow, he spent 17 years with Allbritton Communications in several roles, including Director of Operations and Engineering and Digital Media Lead, where he built the front and back ends for all of Allbritton’s Internet properties.
An Addy Award winner for Excellence in Interactive Media by the Tri-State Advertising & Marketing Association, Melissa Hatter is our in house guru when it comes to creating and implementing new strategic initiatives that enhance our clients’ digital businesses. Her “strategic retreats”, (customized client services programs) have dramatically increased our clients’ traffic and revenue. She works with News Directors to create news and audience strategies as well as trains the News Room staff on how to execute on those strategies. Specifically, she works with our clients on SEO, social networking, other audience building techniques and revenue generating ideas. For over 15 years, Melissa has expertly managed client relationships throughout her various roles in Television and the Web.
Jorgen’s extensive background in design and art direction is only enhanced by his innate ability to understand our clients’ businesses inside and out. Backed by an equally talented team, their innovative and creative spirit amplifies the client's ability to communicate their message in a way that differentiates their brand from their competitors. His particular interest for UI/X development translates into more intuitive and user-friendly experiences both on the front end, as well as on the content publishing side. Previous to his time at WorldNow, Jorgen has worked on projects ranging from large campaigns for clients such as Pfizer, Gray Advertising and Nestle, to award-winning applications for HiT Entertainment, TouchChords and Paul Frank. In addition to his design expertise, Jorgen draws inspiration from his experience abroad and is fluent in several languages Norwegian (Swedish, Danish), Spanish and English.
